there is no set ammount to be perfectly accurate.
for a dynapack hub dyno my view is add 15 hp for each hub that is connceted to the dynapack so add 30 hp for rwd or fwd or add 60 hp for 4wd which imo is a low correction factor but realistic.

dyno dynamics and dastek add there own formula to get to flywheel anyways.
