200 litre means nowt mate its all about the size of the pump and motor bolted to it......cfm is the figure you need and tbh with a small blast cabinet wheels could take quite a while to do.My mate refurbs them and uses 60cfm and a large professional cabinet and a stubborn wheel can still take a while to do
