If i was you id hold out for a while, bargains do come along. Dont be put off by some of the cheaper options when they do come up for sale i picked mine up for a bargain price end of last year with a load of spares and a folder full of mods. My friend just picked up one with circa 60k and immaculate for £6300.
Sound like a bit of a bargain mate.
There are alot of cat ds out there for sale also and there wanting same price as a non v car.
Prob will keep looking though
