I had to pay my end before Parcelforce would deliver to my door
tbh I made a booboo as I thought it was something else, so just got the mrs to ring n pay up.
Wasn't untill it arrived I realised what it was (even tho I know it was being sent)
As you say I think I need to ring customs? direct
