Get the car up on axle stands the higher the better!
Remove - Exhaust - front prop - gear lever - starter motor
disconnect - rear prop - wiring to box - clutch cable
Unbolt front arb from chasis so it can be lowered
Unbolt box from engine
Unbolt rear g/box to chasis mount
Pull box out

I may have forgoten something but that is about it from memory
