Good stuff
You don't need to remove the arch liner. The tank should be held in by 3 big phillips screws. As you look down at the tank from the front of the car one screw is at the top right beside the strut tower.
The other two are down the side of the inner wing opposite the inlet manifold and just above the map sensor bracket.
