My ST170 developed a strangle noise which i can only describe as chugging, sort of steam train noise, panting dog.. something along the lines of that. Can hear it more inside the car than under the bonnet, the noise doesnt change with the revs or anything, seems to b coming from the inlet? Car drives fine.
