What year were these available from?

My saff has 42,520 genuine miles and when I had it rebuilt for a 'freshen up' it already had a YB1261 fitted.....

the last owner from me owned the car for 16 years and there's nothing in the history and there's no evidence whcih would suggest it's been out before
