Similar to message from kv2011. A powerful female relative slammed the boot lid down on my 08 Focus Zetec hatchback and it can't be opened by key fob or manually. I can hear the clicking sound but it won't budge. Another forum mentioned crawling into the boot, cutting a small strip off the plastic covering and opening the boot lid using a screwdriver. Drawings were provided but I can't find it again! Any ideas?
