The torque is in the bottom end, where I would use 10 long studs. Steel liners! No nicasil they get egg shaped! Especially when you get the big HP!
For turbo I would recommend a GT or GTX 35 or 37 with a a/r .70 housing! These engines gives a lot of exhaust when upgraded properly! These turbos will give you pleasure from a low rpm to a high rpm and they will be able to produce up to 600-650 no matter what Garrett tells you.
