bump this back up

im after some knowledge and confirmation on something, i removed the rubber bush a while ago, now ive tried to re-fit the new bushes and they are very tight and seem to big - ive noticed above that the old bushes have a metal sleeve is this correct?

and if so do both the inner and outer bushes have metal sleeves?

and whats the best way to remove them?
