hello there again...
well as it goes i'm not going to be far off what you have as this is what i have to date:

a 1.8 130ps zetec engine

a fiesta rs turbo inlet manifold

a xr2i wiring loom (but converted to fiesta turbo)

a std ofab ecu

a std cossie map sensor

4 std 2wd cossie yellow injectors

a std t3 turbo and exhaust manifold

both adaptor plates

and a pace intercooler

so not to far off being on me way to getting sumit sorted.

next question about your adaptor plate are you just assembling the engine with 1 adaptor plate and 1 head gasket or are you using 2 head gaskets and skimming the thinkness of the second headgasket off the head as that is what mad-for-it advised me to do as a fail safe method of assembly as they told me that if i wanted to only use 1 head gasket then i would most probably need the top of the block re-facing to guarantee a good solid seal any thoughts on this???
as they told me that they have to test out there products before selling them and they used this method on there ahem test car and said they basically kept on whinding the boost up giving it a couple of laps and then up and up and up until they hit 20psi and blew a piston however neither head gasket went aparrently so they put another 1.8 in and set the boost to 18psi and set it up on the rollers and got quite a shock as the car was in the region of 250 to 260 bhp i'm not so sure my self but i suppose its possible coz a stage 1 cossie is in that kinda territory at that sort of boost too????
