Magnum pi .... We all know the kind that drive like wankstains its fairly obvious aint it, most of us all see it day in day out with the fantastic shoddy lane changing, cutting folk up just to pass someone flat out then cut right accross the lanes to take the slip road they are already near enough past, serious tailgating etc etc all the nonsense that some on here might find perfectly normal LOL
Mate, i wasnt bandwagon jumping or having a go.
To me someone driving at 20 in a 30, 30 in a 50, or doing 50 hogging the middle lane of a 70 mph motorway, is just as much of a bell end as someone driving like a lunatic at 120+, cutting up people etc etc.
The difference is, that the person driving pathetically over cautiously way under the limit at 20 in a 30 would get a discount with a black box as they'd be deemed 'safe', despite maybe causing a whole load of problems for other road users themselves.
I was trying to point out the idiocy of basing it purely on monitoring speed etc.
