You're not defending a cheap and nasty tyre.... but you're saying they're quite ok for a car that you do lots of miles in throughout the year in all conditions. I just don't get the logic there.

As for Contis being better in the wet than the Toyos in the dry... Sorry mate but that's utter, clutching at straws crap. I ran back to back from Conti's to the Toyo. Dry weather grip the Toyo performed far better in the dry than the Contis. In the wet the Contis were better to a point that could be noticed
