average budget tyre and not everyone has the cash to hand to buy toyo's/yokos etc and a lot of tyre choice decisions should also be based on how you drive your car, if you are a right pedal junky or run big power then they are not the tyre for you, but on a daily driver plodder I would fit them if I had too
