I'm not convinced... what don't you get?

EDIT: If you lower the compression ratio (CR) on a standard, normally aspirated engine as in your first post, you will get less power.

The reason these plates are made is to allow turbos to either be fitted, or to run more boost (in general), they're not intended for stock engines....
