Pretty much every efi fuel tank already has some sort of filtration system pre-pump. So again, where or how many filters do you have and what is the general layout or makeup of the system ?
Even any 044 Ive seen in the past 5-6 years has an internal gauze to protect against debris.

That's not to say a better filter cannot be used though.

And the Aeromotive ones at least will support over 1000bhp even in draw through usage. The Sytec will not. There is no comparison. SX are similar, Fuelab too. Although I think the latter pair come with specified fittings at each end.
The Aeromotive is female thread -12 or -10 and you add fittings to take it down to whatever you want so is slightly more flexible in terms of installation.

Generally you do not use a paper element pre-pump, stainless mesh is best. Although if it has sufficient flow it probably wont matter too much.

Normal practise is a more coarse filter pre-pump, say 100 mic, and a 10-40 mic post pump to protect the injectors.
