Oil will wash off a car in rain or car washing. it rains many many many times more than the average car is washed......

if oil wash off was a real environmental concern then the EU freaks would make all cars have sealed plastic catch trays under engines, diffs, gearboxes on all cars.

What the garage owners should really be doing is spying on thier local illegal immigrant car washes and grassing them up to immigration.

its the illegal immigrant car washes that are the threat to garages, NOT car owners washing thier own cars.
