Default fat loss???

Right, i'll try and keep this as simple as i can, before xmas i was 15st 3lb's at 5'8, i started krav maga and a bit off mma and i dropped to 14st by the start of august, i was then invited to attend krav island 2012 at the end of august so i kicked my own arse (mainly my diet) and i managed to drop a further 10lbs in 4 weeks, down to just above 13st, now here's my problem, i can't shift anymore, despite eating the same and training the same, I've just levelled out but i still want to lose another stone as I'm still carrying too much wobbly stuff round the middle, specially the love handle region. So.my question is simple, any advice how to shift the last of it?? The hours i work make it awkward to train everyday, mon-fri 9-5, mon, tues, thursday, 2nd job till midnight ontop of mormal job. Wednesday night i do 2 hours at krav, friday night i do the kettle bells, saturday i do 2 hours krav in morning then the usual house work, garage work etc, and rest sunday. Anyone have any quick routines a can blast after work everynight, 10-20mins maybe?? Any advice is welcome, cheers.
