The 2nd ones look good on an RS Turbo, not so much on a Focus. Had some as temp wheels on my old Focus while my multispokes were being refurbed. Go for the 1st ones.

As for rough guide, here's a few of mine with different wheels. Got the FRS pics too....

7X17 ET40 with 205/40/17





8x17 ET45 with 215/40/17







8x18 ET33 with 225/40/18 (but on Cossie running gear so the measurements are slightly different)
