Default Lacquer "crazing" or "clouding" - fix?

For the most part, my paint is pretty good - it's generally smooth and apart from a few light scratches (mainly bush rash) it's tidy. On the drivers side leading edge of the door and bottom of the A-Post though, there appears to be an effect in the lacquer, like a crazing or clouding. It almost looks like overspray, but I'm not sure it is. It's just as smooth as the rest of the paint, and I'm thinking it's the lacquer itself

Is it likely this can be buffed/polished out? Or does it need wet and dry rub down and then re-buff?
