Take a basic Bailey breather, and use the 2 top ports to breath from both sides of the block i.e. from where the old kidney box used to be on the inlet side and open the blanking plug on the block underneath the turbo.

Then you leave the larger port underneath the Bailey tank to breath into atmosphere and the smaller port underneath you should use as an oil return. But for that, you must weld a port onto the sump to enable correct fitment
