Lewis I can't get the bastard thing to run properly since putting the 200 inlet on :-( I've got it running much better after work tonight but it's still not quite right. Got a throttle cable on order from ford so gonna fit that tomorrow and see how it runs / drives if it's still not right I'm gonna let my mate have a look at it he's brilliant with irritating problems and cars on general. I nearly threw the ratchet at the windscreen tonight it pissed me off that much :-(
