I dont understand the concept of entrapment. Surely if youre a decent law abiding citizen, someone can leave a ferrari engine running keys in the ignition and you wouldnt touch it.

Wouldnt surprise me if the fudgepacking doo-gooders have some theory that we all would steal something if it was on a plate in front of us and use that as a basis for making entrapment seem "unreasonable" action by the police.
The US do it all the time with bait cars etc and they lock the cunts up with full theft offences even though it was a bait car not a member of the publics.

Car crimes have low clear up rates, poor evidence usually, low conviction rates and low sentances when convicted so basically they arent bothered unless its one TWOC cunt on a major crime wave.

probably find its not considered TWOC because you set the situation up, expecting the car to be nicked to entrap a criminal. They would probably then argue you gave implied consent.
oh and knowing the cops in this country YOU would then be charged with allowing someone to drive your car without insurance or a license
