staff are well trained then...
all i know is that my gf was only trained on the new broadband speeds and features over the last couple of days. They knew the upgrade was coming they just didnt know when. Going by what my gf has said they have only just found out that it is going to be the middle of march but they still dont know an EXACT date yet
