I checked the caliper, it was completley fine.
The problem was the disc, definately warped, I had a old disc with only a couple hundred miles on that I put on and it worked perfectly.
It still pulls to the side slightly, no where near as much as it did, I assume the brake pulled the tracking out slightly, which ill get sorted when I go to get some new tyres next week.
