i did a cycle 2 years ago when I went to Canada for 3 months and they were like magic. I went form lifting sets of 8-6-4
bench: 90 to 130
dead lift: 150 to 170
clean and press: 60 to 80
and it gave me the horn to train. I was training twice a day plus running in the morning 2miles each way to and from the gym then cycling in the evenings. with Sundays off.
when i got back i was like a new man. better in every way. my girlfriend at the time loved it so much she married me.
