Right quick update as of today I have bought a FRS engine which is smokey could be rings could be valve stem seals! As the low mileage FRS engine I was getting the fella messed me about....(was selling then wasn't then was then wasn't) also got FRS clocks and mint steering wheel, and I may also have a set of FRS wheels lined up.
