More boost, get some fueling gear strapped to it so you can monitor AFR's and turn the boost up. Danster76 off here was running 22psi on fiesta turbo management and beiges and that was a touch over 200bhp, his injectors where max'd out then so he went Link management and 55's. It feels very fast!!

Edited to say his spec was pretty much identicle to yours but still running cvh bottom end.
