Are you bleeding it with the cap off the master cylinder?ive seen garages doing this and getting stuck all day so it's not just a schoolboy error,quite common.
Never had any joy with a pressure bleeder nor this bleed the back first nonsense,just try one at a time from the front you should be fine.
This methods never failed me on any car.
