We only going to be running around 18psi so escort mangold will be fine. I was reading on here they would do 300bhp without any issues. As for which turbo it depends what power you're after. If you're using a frs manifold I'd use a frs turbo. I think there's someone on rsoc (frs john?)that mods them so they will do around 350bhp iirc
