Probably fucked the sensor 'shaving' it so it will need to be replaced. They are a tight fit and are meant to fit snug in the hole, take out your old sensors, wire brush inside the hole, then use a bit of emery paper on it, copper slip, and slide your new sensors in.

Sensor needs to be tight in the hole or it will get a faulty reading and cause the light to come on!
