Gash the sidewall such that you get that much pressure released that it takes a mans shirt of his back and you'd expect the tyre to look somewhat deflated!?

I should imagine its a 4wheel axle or something so its just the outer tyre.
The original youtube video said the guy with the screw driver is trying to extort the owner of the lorry, and when he refuses the guy threatens to slash his tyres and learns an important lesson.
