Right my brother got car jacked and shot with a pelet gun in the back and in the arm, they carnt remove the pelet out of his arm as its to close to the bone or something.

anyway he gets a call today from the poilce, we have got your car and arrested the driver, great.

they got it back on the 9th and impounded it and now there saying that he need to insure it and turn up with the v5 (that hasnt turned up yet) and just the small matter of the impound charges that he has to pay.

wtf, how is that right?? the police said ring your insurance they might pay.

thats all well and good but he wasnt going to claim as his excess is £500 and its only a £1100 focus and the car was valued at £100 to the insurance to try and make it cheaper (still £1800 a year for a 1.6 focus)

so he now will have to sort his v5 could be 2 weeks then pay to get his car back i think he will end up just telling them to scrap it but even then they will want paying.
my point is this, you get up every day drag yaself to work, pay tax pay insurance pay petrol and then when you get fucked over alls they wanna do is fuck you again.
