I have 15yrs no claims but with my Rs have gone with a different insurance company and paid for the whole year.
They want proof of my no claims otherwise my policy will be cancelled.
I've tried for 2 months to get a cover note as they keep saying they will send it then nothing arrives.
Today I get a letter from Them asking for proof of my no claims even though I've been with them for years....they are a Nightmare and now my Rs insurance have gone to the next stage of cancellation

What can I do? I can't afford to reinsure the Rs again
I keep ringing for a no claims note but they send nothing
