Default Zetec Turbo

Hi

I used 12mm alloy plate for my plates (your 10mm should be fine) and you can’t see it in the picture but the inlet plate is profiled out to the inlet holes on the head and the inlet holes on the head are ported to match the plate.
Sounds funny but it's there to help the air flow.

I would like to see Rossie's Throttle body go on with no raising plate.

Not sure about the yellows. IV got 701 beiges and a 195 chip and an OFAB ECU. The main aim to get it to run with STD blue's and No chip then get it sorted after it has need run in.
If you’re going for FRST management then try for OFAB as it can run a 3bar map and re-programmed.

Still not sure about your decompression plate but time will tell.
