When winter comes it freezes on the underside, when it starts to melt I may aswell have the car outside!

Do I use the kingspan boards
Or theres silver bubble wrap stuff on a roll I could stick to it
Or do I use alittle timber between the beems and put a false celling in with plaster board and fill with loft insulation?
I know I ain't gonna fully stop it, just wanna minimise it.
A mates used the kingspan boards with excellent results.
There is no real sulution to this ive tried most things you will get condensation whatever you put up there the wriggly tin or box profile the water will run downthe cavity where the profile and the kingspan dont connect if its flat steel then it will work false ceiling will only hide it so whatever you do dont use plasterboard ext ply if you are doing that dont bother with that anti-condinsation paint expensive rubbish only helps a bit will 10 times worse if you use a heater in there the answer now is if anyone is putting up a tin roof get the factory insulated sheets the only thing i havnt tried is if you put boards on the underside of the beams and use expanderble foam to fillthe cavity that i think would workif you try that let us now.
