Of course if you have confirmed fuel pressure and fuel flow, you could just use a test noid light or suitable multimeter or scope to test for a signal at the injectors.

Although that is only a test for an electrical signal, it still wouldnt mean the injector is spraying ( although usually you would take for granted it is )
