And none of the above suggestions will answer your query.

Remove injectors from the intake, leaving them clipped into the fuel rail and crank the engine over. If fuel sprays out, then you can be sure fuel is getting injected into the engine.

The other suggestions may prove the fuel pump is working, but that's about it.
