Hi,

Apologies if this has been posted in the wrong section. My viscous fan has seized, sounding like a hair dryer as soon as you hit the loud pedal. Obviously this is highly annoying and I'm guessing it's goosed (unless someone knows a fix I don't know about).

I'm struggling to find a replacement fan clutch at a reasonable price (local auto shop wanted £160!). Does anyone know if this part is shared with any other Fords or if there is an alternative?
