The last person in line needs to refund whoever he sold it too then chase the boy HE bought it off to get his refund.
Same as of you buy something like a tv off a shop etc,you get your refund from the shop then they chase the manufacturer/their supplier for the difference.
Ok,it's second hand parts and you always take a gamble so it's obviously not quite that cut and dried, but leocos clearly sold this box on as good when as scoobyslayer stated should have been sold as untested albeit then at a far lower price.

Just noticed this post:

The box has done about 1100 miles and 900 off them were motorway miles driving to central day, as for power my car is 450bhp 430lbs... I have no idea what the are rated too you would need to spk to Peter himself
Actually I agree with you then, he really is making it sound there like he has personally driven it, although not explicitly stating it, he says its done 1100 miles and then comments on the power of his own car, he doesnt give any indication at that point the 1100 miles was done in someone elses car.

So he's been quite misleading there.

Apologies, Id only read the initial add and then the bit with the copied in PM, I had missed that slyly worded one in the middle.

Seller needs to be giving a refund, and then chasing up the guy he got the box off or the company that rebuilt it for a refund himself then by the sounds of it as he was indeed selling it giving the impression he knew it to be working from personal experience when he didnt.
