thanks for the replies im tryna build this thing up fast and my old on eis ally all the thrreads on the bottom of the plate are stripped its alloy aswell dont know why tbh? looked on ebay nothing there at the mo the head went on today so it will soon be holding me up, i have a mobile welder coming to the workshop tomo for another job gonna get him to have a look and see if he can fill the holes then i will re-tap....it is th t3 rst on a zetec head btw
