my 63lbs go a little rich when approaching idle for a short period, if i pull fuel out that stops but revs drop very low. not sure what that is, but they idle around 850-900rpm with a stoich afr, higher idle of 1000rpm is very stable, but the noise get on my tits round town.

going off your target power how about middle ground of 72lb ones instead, plenty of head room and will aid with better idle at lower rpm.

oh and HO inlets are fine, i run one, no back to back testing but doesn't seem like i have to cram in boost to get more out of it.
