hi I have a fiesta RS turbo and I have problems with it overheating it had a rebuild 3-4k ago so I cant see it being waterpump or head gasket myself, iv recently flushed the rad out and that was ok this was a good condition 2nd hand rad bought just before the rebuild my fan is on a switch so I know it works , my heaters blow through hot so it cant be an air lock can it??? all of my hoses get hot so have circulation I have no leaks and no smoke from the engine, I recently took the thermostat out to test it and found it was fucked to an running no stat ATM to see if it's cures it but (done a few days ago) but yesterday it started over heating again :/ and when it does the hoses go quite hard :/ anyone got any ideas? really P ing me off now
