Default Minimising roof Condensation

My concrete section garage is 10x20.
A few years back I put a new metal roof on it, it's lovely and water tight.
When winter comes it freezes on the underside, when it starts to melt I may aswell have the car outside!
I'm now off for 2 weeks from work and wanna try minimise this issue.

Do I use the kingspan boards

Or theres silver bubble wrap stuff on a roll I could stick to it

Or do I use alittle timber between the beems and put a false celling in with plaster board and fill with loft insulation?

I know I ain't gonna fully stop it, just wanna minimise it.

A mates used the kingspan boards with excellent results.
