Default Cam belt Condition

Hi all.

My cam belt is well over due now, I am currently working on my car to replace the clutch and cambelt.
My car has got 100k on the clock now and I'm assuming the cam belt is 15 years old. I've check my service history, (from the previous owner, and I bought through a ford garage) and there isn't really any details on the services, other than the stamps. I've owned the car for just over 6 years and the car only had 45k on the clock, so would have been 9 years old, so I don't know weather the ford garage would have changed the cambelt or not. The cambelt looks good I think, the edges on the teeth are slightly ragged, the surface doesn't have any cracks, but it has a path (is the only way I can descrive it) in the middle where I assume the water pump is running along it? But other than that the condition looks good.

Is it worth replacing or carrying on with it?

Btw, car is a mk4 fiesta, and the cam belt is garuenteed for 10 years / 100k miles.

Cheers, Jason
