owen developments can't get close for anything less than £1300, the gt28 i've been offered is only a gt2860rs with a billet wheel, if the wheel was a 68 i'd have gone for it, but will only make 350bhp, enough i know, but no room for improvement really, at least a gt3071r will be good for 450bhp proven.
