hi all, i've stumbled across a plate i quite fancy for my new car, although i haven't bought the car yet i don't really want to pass up the opportunity.
my question is what the hell is involved and an idea of cost involved ?

the plate is off the guys car and i don't have one to put it onto yet,

my only other concern is that its on ebay and the guys feedback is lower than a snakes belly but i'll have to cross that bridge when i come to it

any advice welcome
