Default Thanks to Norris Motorsport ,got me to Nday

Having planned some interesting mods for a while we set to to get the car as close to finished as we could for NatDay.Plans were fit new turbo, modify exhaust manifold to take said turbo, fuel system replaced with 044 pump swirl pot and injectors etc, replace inlet from plastic to alloy ,throttle body and idle speed valve, last off fit 710 ecu harness map sensor etc etc etc etc
Anyway after getting so far a few issues arouse etc as they do least of ecu wouldnt be here until tuesday before nat day.
Ok so not a problem few days to fit n sort so inlet turbo etc is fitted only to find head gasket is leaking so off with head to sort just something else to do lol,ok thats done .
So times a bit tight now ecu wired in etc then we contact omex for base start up map only to find everyone in the know is off on hols or sick ( oh dear lol ).
Anyway to be fair a guy there tries to help us and after what was like days sent us a start up map to the best of his ability .
Karl spent time looking over it but its the firmware we were needing for the zetec engine etc.
So now it was an unknow quantity !!!!!!!! had he got the config right for us?????
ERRRRRRR well we loaded it on adjusted a few things etc for injectors cranked it ............................... NOTHING LOL
Ups anyway if it hadnt been for Karls knowledge about mapping etc it would never have started the guy had most of it right but the most important conf stuff wasnt, firmware ups
Anyway this was friday at 6pm lol
To give karl credit he had her running ,took her home mapped to 20 psi idle start and cold starts sorted by sat evening when i met him and gave him a pass to get the car in pits sunday morning for me even delivered it to donnington .
We didnt have time to fit fuel system so boost was limited to 20 psi ,but that will be sorted this week.Have to say ollies fabrication skills are second to none makes fitting something different look so factory and tidy.
Anway cant thank ollie and karl for there dedication to get me there what can i say big THANKS LADS.
Afew pics i took of the install when there new website is finished there will be lots more on there Thanks again NMS
Have to say we did 150 miles on track faultless that says alot to me !!!!!
Have to say she went very very well supprised a few lmao:rlmao:
