Could be many things, bad earth, poor connection, damaged wiring, broken wire...

It's not the answer your looking for, but the best thing is to have a good going over of the cars earth wires, lights, make sure all the bulbs etc are correct and fitted correctly, check the rating of the fuse is correct and not just a replacement for what was in there as that could be wrong to start with.
